The staff at reception seemed too busy to notice the dirty floor, what a lovely first impression, and as for the empty egg tray at breakfast, absoluteley amazing, i would have expected them to at least fill it when they noticed it was empty. I almost wrote a good review but couldn't, really.

We enjoyed its peaceful and easy location.
The property was set in a good area. The breakfast was delicious, for my taste and well priced.

Definitely what I liked most was the value for money, I went there on business and neither ate dinner nor breakfast there (they don't serve meals), but they have a nespresso machine for coffee, chocolate and tea and also a juice machine, both free for guests, the friendly staff, free and ample parking, comfortable and clean rooms, the bed for a good rest, without luxury and it's understood. The very nice facilities, have the dining area where you can sit to make some meeting, and outside that area has about 4 tables where you can wait while you taste some drink, and outside terrace also available. Also it was not my case, but they accept pets and give good treatment! I would certainly repeat.
one thing I didn't like, and that was the pillows... they're very thin, but I insist that in general it's superb!

The room is very clean, everything is organized, complete with everything you need, bedside tables, telephone, hairdryer, table. Very good quality and price. The best thing is the view we could have of the beach, magnificent.
That the day we arrived, we waited three hours for the room. Even if they said that the room was given at 3 pm, since we arrived people didn't stop coming out and there were clean rooms because, thanks to a cleaner who told us about it and was the one who made them give us the room and we could go in before. We commented that she was allergic to lactose and protein in the milk, we warned them before going and they answered that there was everything, then when I asked nobody made sure that they didn't have milk. So the three days I had toast with wholemeal bread and jam for breakfast. the three days we were there, first the coffee machine broke down, then the juice machine, last day they broke down too, thank goodness they had a bar machine and were making us coffees.

The hotel was very nice when we checked in: The lobby has a place to stay, carpeted floors in the corridors, muffled steps of the staff and residents of the neighboring rooms (the room is covered with laminate, the bathroom is tiled), near the lobby has 24-hour access to the coffee machine (there is also a bagged tea), in the evening there is a bar and cafe with Italian dishes (pizza and salad tasted, not bad), there are vending machines. Very friendly and helpful staff: and reception, and a cafe, and a maid. Room's clear. The mattresses are good. It's comfortable to sleep. No nagging... Bathroom only towels, toilet paper and hand/body gel in the reusable dispenser. There are extra pillows and blankets... Anyway, it's a good three for those who don't need to go downtown, just to spend the night coming by car.
Got some noisy neighbors. Everything they said and did from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. was heard... So the sounds kept me awake, I forgot to go to sleep in the morning. She slept safely through breakfast.

Hidden gem near the airport
We enjoyed a comfortable room with hot beverages available 24/7. The staff was always pleasant, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient for our travels.
The limited dining options nearby and the slightly squeaky bed made it hard to get the restful sleep we hoped for after long flights.

The hotel is almost ideal for an overnight stay connected to the airport. From the airport about 15 minutes by car, navigation leads precisely, you can see the area in advance on Google maps so as not to miss the roundabout. The hotel itself is just behind the Ibis Hotel, along the coast. The parking is large, free of charge, and there is free tea/coffee/ice downstairs 24 hours a day. Breakfast is inexpensive, you can pay just in front of the hotel. Modest, but the price is justified, everything is basic. Coffee is not bad (no more), you can add milk instead of juice drinks, eat melons / watermelons, yogurts, cheese, sausage, pastries. Rooms are small, but all clean. The windows just open. We stopped after late arrival, liked it, booked again before departure.

The mattress was fine.. The room was clean.. The picture of the room.. Easy access to Alicante center and well located to enter and leave the city.
I didn't like the heat in the room and that there was a duvet instead of a blanket, quilt and sheet so you could take off what you wanted.. Maintenance of the bathroom, not the cleaning, left a lot to be desired. blackened silicone in the bath gave a feeling of being dirty and it wasn't. pump in the water-saving toilet was not working. yet they have fact sheets to keep you from wasting water. buffet cups are dirty and boiled eggs are peeled and in the fridge. As well as too many cold ones they were not in good condition. that they charge before arriving at the hotel is very ugly when the option chosen was to pay at the hotel.

Free hot beverages available 24/7, spacious parking area, effective soundproofing in many rooms
A lot could be improved!!! The reception area was unkempt, the air conditioning was either too noisy or inefficient, and dining options were limited nearby. If you need food, be prepared for delays!!!

The location was for us ideal. Close to the airport, less than 10 minutes, close to Alicante-center, less than 10 minutes (in busy traffic). And the breakfast was pretty good compared to a lot of other hotels. Free parking and smoking was alowed in the room, yes!
